WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
A target-frequency trap planner, not a generic absorber rule.
The tuner solves the normal Helmholtz equation and the inverse neck-length problem, then checks whether the geometry is practical before a prototype is built. It is meant for narrow-band bass-mode work after room modes and SBIR have identified a real target.
Boundary: Prototype planning only. Real tuning must be checked with measurement because leaks, damping and construction tolerance shift the resonance.
